By purchasing a membership to Club S.O.E you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals aged 21 and above. The Club reserves the right to approve or decline membership applications at its sole discretion.
Conduct
Members must conduct themselves respectfully and in alignment with the atmosphere and values of The Bickley Park Lagos. Disruptive behaviour may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Membership Benefits
Members receive the following privileges for the duration of an active membership:
❖ 50% off luxurious rooms at the Bickley Park Hotel
❖ 15% off wellness treatments at the Sogole Wellness Spa
❖ Access to the Somewhere On Earth waterfront lounge
❖ Full Access to the rooftop terrace, the Bickley Park gym, and swimming pool
❖ Invitations to members-only events and promotions
❖ Private boardroom access for business meetings or intimate gatherings. Limited to four bookings per calendar month
Gold Membership
Gold Members are entitled to reserve accommodations using their exclusive member rate. Reservations made under this rate may be extended to guests, whether or not the member is present during the stay. Gold Members may reserve a maximum of one (1) room at any given time at the member rate. No bookings are accepted during peak periods: December 15th–31st, April 15th–30th and Valentine’s weekend.
Platinum Membership
Platinum Members are entitled to reserve accommodations using their exclusive member rate. Reservations made under this rate may be extended to guests, whether or not the member is present during the stay. Platinum Members may reserve up to three (3) rooms at any given time at the member rate. No bookings are accepted during peak periods: December 15th–31st, April 15th–30th and Valentine’s weekend.
Membership Duration & Renewal
Memberships are only available on an annual basis and renew yearly unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Members will be sent an invoice prior to the renewal date.
Members guest allowances:
❖ Members reserve the right to book the hotel using their personal discount and someone else (1) can stay with them/without them, using their booking
❖ Members can use the pool with up to 3 guests
❖ Members can access the rooftop terrace with up to 3 guests
❖ Members can attend exclusive events with up to 2 guests
❖ Members can bring guests for private boardroom meetings, limited to the amount of seats in the room (12)
❖ Members cannot bring guests to the Bickley Park Hotel Gym
❖ Members reserve the right to book spa treatments using their personal discount and someone else (1) can utilise said booking. Spa discounts are limited to one individual
Transferability
Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only. Misuse may result in cancellation.
Termination
We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time due to violation of these terms, misconduct, or misuse of privileges.
Access Limitations
While we strive to provide continuous access, areas of the property may be subject to occasional closures for private events or maintenance. Advance notice will be given when possible.
Privacy
Personal data collected during registration and throughout the membership will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Liability
The Bickley Park Hotel is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property on the premises unless caused by proven negligence.
Data Retention & Deletion Policy
❖ Member data is retained for the duration of active membership and up to 12 months post-cancellation, after which it is anonymised or deleted, unless required for legal or accounting purposes.
❖ Members may request full deletion of their personal data by contacting: privacy@thebickleyparkhotel.com
❖ Payment data is processed securely by third-party providers and is not stored on The Bickley Park’s servers.
