Check-in Requirements
All guests are required to present valid photo identification upon check-in. This is necessary to ensure the safety and security of all our guests.
Prohibited Items
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the hotel premises.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms. Guests may use designated smoking areas provided within the hotel.
Illicit or Hard Drugs: The possession or use of illicit or hard drugs is strictly forbidden.
Firearms: Firearms and other weapons are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances.
Baggage Policy
All baggage brought onto the premises will be thoroughly searched to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Food and Beverage Policy
Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages onto the hotel property. Our in-house dining facilities are available to cater to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to avoid charges.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of N200,000 will be charged for any non-compliance with the hotel policies.
